Casa Lilo: your ideal holiday home in Spain**

Casa Lilo is only a 50 minute drive from both Alicante and Murcia airports.

The house is located in a quiet area, located between two large golf courses. In addition to the use of the swimming pool, which is freely accessible, the beach is only a 15-minute drive from the house. There are plenty of activities available by the sea, such as renting boats and jet skis for an adventurous day on the water.

The center is also a 15-minute drive from the house. Here you will find a wide range of cozy restaurants, cafes and shops.

Our house has three bedrooms: two on the ground floor with a shared bathroom and one on the first floor with a private bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with modern conveniences, including a washing machine. Behind the house there is a small veranda with a lounge set, and on the first floor you will find a spacious roof terrace where you can sunbathe in peace and privacy.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellation policy:

If, for whatever reason, the tenant is unable or unwilling to accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must inform the landlord immediately. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed to the landlord in writing or by email.If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks until the start date of the rental period 50%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
