In Orihuela Costa in a unique location, you will find this comfortable three-room apartment located on the ground floor of the luxury complex Amanecer IX. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a spacious balcony located on the corner with a beautiful view of the spacious swimming pool. Underneath the apartment is a secure private parking space.
The holiday apartment is fully furnished, with spacious kitchen with oven, microwave, grill machine fridge-freezer, coffee (cup) machine, kettle and washing machine. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning that can be set per unit. There is 5G Wifi and TV and a soundbar for playing your personal music list.
Are you coming with your own car or do you rent one on site? The holiday apartment has its own covered secure private parking space. Within the well-maintained complex, there is a spacious communal swimming pool, a children's pool and a large garden with plenty of sun and shade.
Several beaches such as Playa Flamanca, Mill Palmeras, La Zenia and Punta Prima are within easy reach. Within Orihuela Costa and Torrevieja there are local shopping centres. It is estimated that there are more than 1,000 restaurants and terraces. At 200 meters from the holiday apartment is the supermarket and a superstore. Within the immediate vicinity is also the well-known "La Zenia Boulevard" where numerous large and smaller shops are located. C&A, H&M, Primark and many other well-known businesses. La Zenia Boulevard also has an extensive range of restaurants.
There is a very large underground (free) parking garage, which runs under the entire complex. Parking is free everywhere, even on the beach. Shops, restaurants and plenty of nice places and sports facilities including water sports and golf, you will find it all a short distance from this holiday apartment. Golf enthusiasts can indulge themselves. There are no less than 17 golf courses including Las Colinas, Lo Romero and Las Ramblas.
Our complex has a playground for children, a jeu de boules court, fitness room and wellness (sauna and jacuzzi).
