Finca Los Bastianos is located at the foot of the mountain "Montgo" in Denia. The house, which has been owned by the family since 1974, was due for a renovation after many wonderful holidays. Everything is now future-proof and ready for many years of enjoyment during the holidays and/or for longer periods in the early or late season. The house is on the ground floor, except for a small step at the terrace and stairs at the veranda. The kitchen, bathrooms, porch, pool and tennis court have been recently renovated...
Do you want variety and are you tired of the (private) swimming pool and/or playing tennis, the extensive sandy beach of Denia is accessible via the orange plantations and only a ten minute drive away ... There are also several beautiful golf courses in the vicinity surroundings.
Your holiday accommodation has:
- 3 Double bedrooms, all with air conditioning
- 2 Bathrooms with washbasin, toilet and rain and hand shower
- An open kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer, in short, fully equipped.
- Living room, also air conditioned, has patio doors to the adjacent veranda. The living room has a large fireplace in which a new wood stove has been placed (cozy for the colder months). Also equipped with WIFI TV and two Sonos boxes for the music streamers.
- A spacious veranda adjacent to the living room has more than enough seating space on the fixed benches or the loose chairs. A nice place to enjoy the beautiful view over the orange groves, the pine trees and the sea in the distance.
- Adjacent to the spacious garden around the house and the private swimming pool with lighting (romantic in the evening with the lights on), several sunbeds, solar outdoor shower and of course the private tennis court. Furthermore, the old manual gate has been replaced by an electric sliding gate (with remote control), great convenience and luxury. On site you can easily park 3 cars.
- Weekly (in high season 2x a week) the pool service comes to clean the pool and check the quality of the water.
- The gardener also comes once a week (for the grass and any pruning). The garden is equipped with an irrigation spray system that turns on automatically at night, so don't leave anything on the grass ;-) .
- For our tenants, Desiree and Peter are the (Dutch) point of contact, they will receive you on arrival and show you the way. Upon departure, they will come back to collect the keys and complete the final check. If there are urgent questions in the meantime (related to the use of the house), you can also contact them.
Denia has a lot to offer, something for everyone;
- The old center with the nice streets and the old castle is easy to reach. You can park your car in the parking garage or in one of the parking lots around the old town.
- In 2016, Denia was declared gastronomic no. 1 of the world UNESCO.
- With the Natural del Montgo Natural Park, there are plenty of walking and cycling opportunities.
- Sandy beaches for relaxing, rocky beaches for snorkelling and/or diving
- Around Denia are several beautiful golf courses (La Sella, Oliva Golf, Club de Golf Ifach, Club de golf Javea)
- The shopping mall "Portal la Marina" (in Ondara) just 10 minutes by car
- Javea, Calpe, Altea are nice cities around Denia and the larger cities such as Alicante and Valencia are both at a distance of 5 minutes drive. The boat to Ibiza (with the Balearia) leaves from the port in Denia.
