Casa Costa Blanca South

Welcome is our beautiful, complete and fully equipped ground floor apartment.
The apartment is located in a convenient location. There are many shops, beaches, restaurants and other restaurants in the area. In the coastal area Orhihuela Costa there are many nice places that you can visit.
Within 45 minutes by car from Alicante Airport  (a car is recommended) you reach the apartment and you can park in front of the door or in the closed underground parking garage.
The Apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Optionally there is a sofa bed of 1.40 meters wide in the living room.
There are 4 sunbeds available for the pool. On the terrace there is a 6 person outdoor table with 6 chairs.
The apartment is 76 m2 and has a spacious terrace on the ground floor of 60m2.
You have direct access through a closed terrace gate to the garden with a very spacious swimming pool and a small pool for the children.
In the complex there is a sauna, jacuzzi and gym in a separate room that you can use for a fee (about 5 euros per day and 14 euros per week).
The centre  of Torrevieja (city) is 10 minutes away by car. Other cities in the area such as Alicante, Orihuela city, Murcia and Cartagena can be reached within 45 minutes by car.
At 500 meters there is a large supermarket (Aldi) and a number of shops.
At 3 km you will find the cozy town Punta prima with shops and many restaurants and restaurants.
At 3.5 km you will find several nice beaches.
The large shopping center (largest in the Alicante region) La zenia Bouelvard is 3 km away and can be reached within 6 minutes by car. More than 150 shops, restaurants and restaurants  can be found here and has 5000 free parking spaces.

Costa Blanca South is a pleasant place all year round with a micro climate and has been declared by the World Health Organization to be the healthiest climate in Europe due to the absence of heavy industry and due to the many (beautiful including pink color) salt lakes near Torrevieja.
