We are Simon and Claudia and together with our son Julian we are the owners of our Apartment in the beautiful Amanecer IX complex located in Orihuela Costa on the Costa Blanca South (45 minutes from Alicante Airport).
We regularly go to our apartment ourselves and when we are not there it is available to others who love sun, sea, beach, shopping, restaurants and catering, nature, culture and everything the area has to offer.
