There is air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room and in the living room there is also a gas heater so that it is also wonderful to stay at home in the evening in the winter months.
We think the Orihuela Costa is a beautiful region and the beaches of the Costa Blanca south are fantastic.
The nearest beach is 4 km away, 7 minutes by car (and always space/free parking) or 20 minutes by bike.
From 2014 to 2016 we lived in nearby San Miguel de Salinas and it is not for nothing that we chose Villamartin as the location for our holiday home at the end of 2017. We were in love with this place and this house, the urbanization, the cozy balcony, the location right next to the pool, sea view from the roof terrace; we love it!
In recent months we have lovingly adapted the apartment to our taste and from September 2018 we want to rent it out to let others enjoy our casa and to use the proceeds, among other things, to provide the garden below with a shed and a garden. nice extra ( the 3rd) relax place.

At 300m you will find the Mercadona for groceries and daily hot sandwiches. In the immediate vicinity there are several golf courses (Las Ramblas, Las Colinas, Villamartin Golf) where you can play all year round.
Our property is a wonderful base to visit cities such as Alicante, Cartagena, Elche, Murcia etc.
