Our 'home away from home'. Our brand new, cozy apartment under the Spanish sun that is fully equipped. A place that we like to share with others when we are not using it ourselves.

The location is also wonderful. Within walking distance of the apartment you will find a supermarket, parks and various restaurants. For a day out, there is also plenty to do in the immediate area, including various beaches, golf courses, large (indoor) shopping centers and old city centers.

The apartment
The apartment has two bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a double bed including an ensuite bathroom. The second bathroom is separately accessible from the entrance.

The bedrooms have comfortable beds, mood lighting and spacious wardrobes. A sofa bed can be used in the living room. The bathrooms have their own toilet and rain shower and have underfloor heating. The washing machine is located in a closed room on a separate balcony. The open kitchen is fully equipped with the latest appliances and extensive kitchen inventory. The bright living room is adjacent to a spacious balcony complete with comfortable lounge set. From the balcony you look out over the green courtyard with two swimming pools. The wellness will also be ready from the summer of 2024.

The entire apartment has air conditioning and electric shutters. Of course, WiFi is available. Things such as a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, as well as blankets so you can enjoy the balcony when it gets chilly, are all available in the apartment.
A private parking space is available in the parking garage, which is connected to the apartment via a stairwell and elevator.

Are you on holiday with (small) children? Amenities such as a high chair and baby bed are available upon request. Linen and towel packages are also offered.

Guests must cancel at least 30 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund.
If a guest cancels between 7 and 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of all nights will be refunded.
If a guest cancels less than 7 days prior to arrival, no refund will be given.
Guests will receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, as long as it is at least 14 days before their arrival.
