Our 'home away from home'. Our brand new, modern, luxurious and comfortable apartment under the Spanish sun that is fully equipped. Situated on a complex with swimming pools, playground, gym, sauna and jacuzzi. A place that we like to share with others when we are not using it ourselves.
The location is also lovely. Within walking distance of the apartment you will find a supermarket and several restaurants. For a day out, there is also plenty to do in the immediate vicinity, including several beaches, golf courses, large (indoor) shopping centers and old city centers.
The apartment
The apartment has everything you are looking for and more.
• Modern kitchen
The open kitchen is fully equipped with the latest appliances (such as: fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster), extensive kitchen inventory (including basic facilities for cooking, such as salt, pepper and oil) and plenty of cupboard space.
• 2 comfortable bedrooms
The apartment offers two bedrooms, one with two movable beds and one with a double bed. The second bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds, mood lighting, blackout curtains and spacious wardrobes, where you can even store your empty suitcase. An extra sofa bed can be used in the living room.
• 2 luxury bathrooms
The bathrooms have their own toilet and rain shower, as well as a towel rail and ample storage space. Thanks to the electric underfloor heating that you can operate yourself, the temperature is always pleasant. The windows can be opened for extra fresh air (turn off the heating ;).
• Large balcony overlooking the courtyard garden
Adjacent to the bright living room is a spacious balcony complete with comfortable lounge set. From the balcony you look out on the green courtyard with two swimming pools, including one shallow children's pool. The (free) wellness with sports facilities, sauna and jacuzzi is also accessible via the courtyard garden.
• Equipped with all the comforts of home
The washing machine and the drying rack are located in an enclosed room on a separate balcony.
The entire apartment is equipped with air conditioning and electric shutters. Of course, fast Wi-Fi is available.
Items such as a hair dryer, iron and vacuum cleaner, as well as games are available in the apartment.
Linen and towel packages can also be offered.
• Everything for your (small) children
Are you on holiday with (small) children? Amenities such as a high chair and cot are available upon request. The apartment has children's crockery, toys and a baby pool for the balcony
