Spacious holiday villa in the heart of the Costa Blanca near Alicante / El Campello / San Juan. The villa can accommodate 6 to a maximum of 14 people (7 bedrooms in total).  This spectacular villa, close to the city of Alicante and 13 km from the incomparable beaches, is available for rent. 

The Alicante region is characterized by breathtaking landscapes and modern infrastructure. The villa is a 20-minute drive from Alicante airport. Whether you prefer the tranquility of village life or the hustle and bustle of the city, in the Rio Park urbanization you can enjoy a perfect balance between the two. El Casa Gran Mirador is in a prime location in Rio Park and as the name suggests (El casa gran mirador means the house with stunning views), it boasts some of the best in the area including: sea views to the east and Alicante to the south just a few minutes away by car. The luxurious and well-equipped villa is richly distributed over 3 floors and some of the facilities on offer include: large private swimming pool of 10m x 5m, 14 sun loungers, American pool table, two smart TVs, free fibre (fibre) wifi, garden barbecue, washing machine, landscaped gardens. Baby cots and high chair.

Notes The property is surrounded by a high wall making it a carefree environment if you have small children. Outside: The 5m x 10m private swimming pool has been meticulously maintained. There are 14 sunbeds, several terraces, garden tables and chairs. The landscaped gardens are a delight and are planted with some very special plants that are not normally found in Spain. There is plenty of parking off the public road, the villa is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, it is safe to park on the road. The villa is cleaned on changeover days and fresh linen is provided. There is a washing machine and extra cleaning, bed linen or towels can be arranged (for a fee). Beach towels are available on request for a small fee. There is an American pool table in the basement and the ping pong table can be used on the terrace. Several doors lead out to the pool terrace and to the landscaped gardens. 

The villa is not suitable for groups of young people who want to party. The villa is located in a quiet area. 

Rent is excluding the mandatory final cleaning of Euro 250.00.
