A lovely swimming pool with palm garden, a spacious sun terrace, bar and spacious BBQ area. Plenty of parking space for at least 4 cars. Pool terrace and living room on the same level, open plan kitchen, utility room with washer and dryer and direct access to the outdoor kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, hob with extractor hood, dishwasher and espresso machine. On the ground floor there is also the guest toilet and a bedroom with wardrobes and private bathroom. Upstairs there are 2 more bedrooms, also with wardrobes and each with its own bathroom.
All bedrooms have mosquito nets and shutters for blackout.
The entire villa has air conditioning and underfloor heating.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must immediately inform the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed to the landlord in writing or by e-mail.

When booking, 50% of the total rental price must be paid within 3 working days. The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 3 weeks before arrival.

Check-in is possible between 16.00 and 19.00
The expected arrival time must be communicated at least one week before arrival, so that we can schedule this. Check-out is possible until 10.00
