The brand new and spacious villa (12 + 3 persons*) inspired by the "Ibiza style" is characterized by sleek modern lines. The shapes of the house stand out beautifully between the beautiful rock gardens, round Gaudi mosaics and the large playfully shaped three-sided swimming pool in which it is wonderful for everyone to relax.
The spectacular (heatable) subtropical swimming pool is wheelchair accessible and therefore has a gently sloping area with access stairs and seating, ideal for the children who will enjoy themselves there for hours. However, the fanatic swimmer can also go into the deep end for a sporty lap.
The pool is flanked by the terraces which are situated on the level of the 1st floor of the house, where you can enjoy an unobstructed view over the vast grape fields. Against the horizon you can just make out the contours of the village of Moraira, bordered by the much-sung azure blue Méditerranée of the Costa Blanca in Spain
The 1st floor, where the lounge, kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are located, is equipped with a sophisticated climate control system with which the temperature of each room can be regulated as desired.
In the high and spacious saloon of allure, with glass sliding doors to the Naya (covered terrace) you can flatter yourself in the comfortable black leather sofa looking at the 38 inch screen which receives many channels via satellite.
The adjoining spacious and luxuriously equipped open kitchen with induction hob, 2 refrigerators, dishwasher, oven, microwave and dining area with beautiful royal chairs, also has glass sliding doors with access to the terraces where plenty of table space has been created for a large dinner. In the latter, the special barbecue based on the Mexican bread oven model will also prove its culinary services.
Two bedrooms are situated on the terrace which can be entered directly through the glass sliding doors. One bedroom shares the bathroom with the main bedroom, the two other bedrooms have their own bathroom en suite.
The lower floor can be reached via a separate entrance or the garage. There are two bedrooms with air conditioning and one separate bathroom. Furthermore, a spacious laundry room with dryer and washing machine. In the spacious garage / annex indoor play area there is table tennis, table football available. Bicycles are available for a small fee, see rates. Within a few minutes you can cycle to the center of the village or the beach.
Next to the house, near the pool, you will find 2 outdoor showers located in the beautiful rock garden which encloses the villa on the side and back. On the other side of the holiday villa is a very spacious carport where you can easily park several cars. The fully enclosed site is closed with a remote-controlled entrance gate.
Villa with care
Almost all rooms in and around the house are wheelchair accessible and if desired, special aids are available such as an adjustable high-low bed (hospital bed), shower stretcher, shower chair, transport chair and wheelchair suitable for the swimming pool. Tailor-made care can be arranged in collaboration with the well-organized home care organizations.
