Location
Villa Vino y Mar is located on a hill in the very quiet area of Paichi, 2 km from the center and beaches. The plot is accessible via a driveway and is enclosed in a green environment of spruce and palm trees, which guarantees your privacy. The terraces of the villa and the pool are south-west facing with fantastic views of the sea and the valley of Moraira. You can enjoy the fantastic sunset in the villa every day, 40 km away behind the mountains of L'Algar.

Swimming pool

The swimming pool is situated next to the stylish outdoor terrace with its ceramic pots, Ibiza-style umbrellas and sufficient patio furniture. Enjoy the fresh water in the spacious swimming pool with sun position at the front of the villa. The swimming pool is 8x4m in size and has a staircase with a bracket that makes it easy to get in and out. The cleaning of the pool takes place twice a week. Before and after swimming you can use the outdoor shower next to the pool. In the evening the pool is beautifully lit and provides a unique overall picture.

ground floor
The ground floor can be reached both internally and externally by stairs. Through the hall you will find access to the garage in which the washing machine and storage are located. The two bedrooms are located on the ground floor and each can accommodate two people. Both bedrooms have spacious fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. Opposite these two bedrooms is the bathroom with a spacious (walk-in) shower, sink and toilet. In addition, on the ground floor there is also a living/dining room with a kitchen unit equipped with, among other things, a refrigerator. Through the wall-to-wall sliding windows you can connect this space to the beautiful terrace of the swimming pool.
An outside staircase leads to the covered lounge and bar, which is completely covered and connects to the swimming pool.

First Floor
On the first floor is the entrance with separate toilet, an Ibiza style decorated living room and a modern kitchen. The living room is luxuriously furnished with a lovely lounge sofa, a TV with worldwide channels, a Sonos sound system, a large authentic Ibiza-style wall cupboard, a "Moorish" dining table with 8 chairs and a pellet stove. The whole is styled with matching exclusive Ibizan decoration. The living room is connected to the open kitchen with cooking island and is equipped with all modern appliances, including a large 6-burner induction hob, dishwasher, microwave and separate oven. The kitchen offers access to the rear terrace with a 4-person lounge set. This terrace is shaded and is usually out of the wind. Next to the kitchen, the living room is connected through large sliding doors to the original Spanish outdoor terrace, called the "Naya". This terrace offers an exceptionally beautiful panoramic view over the Mediterranean Sea and the valley of Moraira. The large outdoor terrace on the first floor consists of three different areas; there is a beautiful glass dining table with 6 chairs where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning sun or BBQ in the evening with the Green Egg, in the middle part under the beautiful covered curves of the "Naya" you can enjoy in a comfortable wooden lounge set with side table and footstools. Finally, the right-hand part of the terrace connects to the terrace of the Master bedroom. Here is an 8-person dining table with comfortable armchairs where you can enjoy the beautiful sea view. Next to the living room is the Master bedroom, a 2-person modern styled bedroom with fitted wardrobes and ensuite bathroom with spacious walk-in shower.



Area
In the immediate vicinity of the villa (within 1.5 kilometres) you will find the center of Moraira. In 2020 Moraira was voted the best vacation spot in Europe (source: Atraveo, TUI group). Moraira is the best kept secret in this GREEN region. A beautiful quiet authentic seaside resort full of attractive terraces and beautiful shopping streets with a high-quality range of shops. Excellent restaurants, a boulevard with marina, the sandy beach and the beautiful hidden small beaches (see below) make Moraira a wonderful holiday village. 7 km away is the village of Javea, here you will find popular and excellent restaurants on the boulevard, a fish market, tapas bars and beautiful terraces. Denia is about 15 km away and is a larger town with extensive shopping possibilities. Definitely worth it. And do you really want to go to 'the big city'? Within an hour's drive (or go by train) you are in Alicante or Valencia. Beautiful cities that are worth a visit anyway! For daily shopping you do not have to drive far, within 2 minutes you will find a supermarket (Supermarket Masymas). There are various sports facilities including tennis, golf and diving facilities in the immediate vicinity of Moraira.

Hello we are Vincent y Martine and since 2020 the owners of Villa Vino y Mar. We have renovated our villa with a lot of love and attention. We assume that our guests also greatly enjoy the m-art styled interior. The villa has a fantastic location with partial sea view and a view of the valley of Moraira.

Enjoying a glass of wine (Vino) from the first floor, the view of the sea (Mar) makes your holiday unforgettable.

A beautiful spacious covered porch by the pool, with a roof terrace!
Here you can lounge comfortably and have a drink at the bar. The upper terrace is also enlarged with a possibility to enjoy the beautiful sea view.

Cleaning
  • The accommodation will of course be cleaned extra well due to the Covid-19. All measures according to the guidelines of the RIVM are followed as best as possible.
