Villa Pozoblanco is your luxury holiday residence in Moraira! Everything in the villa is new and fresh and aimed at maximum comfort. A lovely swimming pool with palm garden and spacious sun terrace, a hip lounge area, bar and barbecue zone. Plenty of parking space for at least 4 cars. Pool terrace and living room on the same level, open kitchen, utility room with washing machine and dryer and direct access to the outdoor kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge freezer, oven hob and extractor hood, dishwasher and espresso machine. On the ground floor there is also a guest toilet and a bedroom with wardrobes and private bathroom. Upstairs are two more bedrooms, also with wardrobes and each with its own bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets and shutters for darkening. The entire villa has air conditioning and underfloor heating. Completely relax and enjoy in luxury!

Explanation of prices

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must immediately inform the landlord of this. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by email to the landlord.

When booking, 50% of the total rental price must be paid within 3 working days. The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 3 weeks before arrival.

Check-in is possible between 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM. The expected arrival time must be communicated at least one week before arrival, so that we can plan this. Check-out is possible until 10:00 am.
