Villa Pequena Joya in Moraira
Villa Pequena Joya is an attractive villa with a private pool. A short drive ( 5 min.) you will find the center of Moraira with the beaches Platja l'Ampolla and Playa el Portet. Villa Pequena Joya is a detached, single-storey Ibiza style villa with a spacious private swimming pool (can be heated) and garden. There is a naya with dining table where you can enjoy the dishes made on the barbecue in the shade. The villa is located in a quiet area with a wide view of the Mediterranean Sea. In the fishing village of Moraira you will find small-scale bays, cozy squares, many restaurants and hiking opportunities such as the Paseo Ecológico route.

The living room with attractive décor has a sitting area, music system, air conditioning (hot / cold). Mosquito nets on the windows and Wifi is available. The open kitchen with dining table is fully equipped with a fridge with freezer, dishwasher, air fryer, combi microwave, hand blender, juicer, toaster, kettle, 4-burner hob and 2 coffee makers; 1 x filter and a Dolce Gusto coffee maker. Bedroom 1: double bed (180x200), air conditioning (hot/cold) and ensuite bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and hair dryer. Bedroom 2: double bed (160x200) and air conditioning (hot/cold) and mosquito nets on the windows. Bedroom 3: double bed (140x200) and air conditioning (hot/cold). Bathroom 2 has a shower, sink, toilet and hair dryer.
Heating; central heating and through air conditioning hot/cold. A washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron are also provided. A maximum of 1 cot can be added.
OUTSIDE AT VILLA PEQUENA IN MORAIRA
What a nice outdoor life you will experience at this holiday home. Around the private swimming pool (kidney-shaped 28 m2 depth 2.25 and heatable on request) there are 6 sunbeds and a parasol. Under the covered terrace is a dining area, in the garden you will find a typical Spanish stone dining area and there is a lounge bed to relax in the shade. The outdoor shower is ideal for refreshing yourself. 1 car can be parked in the private parking lot and 3 on the street. The villa with panoramic view and sea view is definitely a place to make your holiday a beautiful memory!

PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Particularities- In July and August we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday and a stay of at least 7 nights.- In the other months, arrival and departure is allowed on any day of the week, but your booking must be in line with previous/subsequent bookings and otherwise there must be a minimum of 7 nights between bookings. Ask us about the possibilities.- We recommend that you rent a car at this destination.

– Heated private swimming pool (to be booked in advance, please specify when booking): preheating costs € 110 per stay. When using the heated pool, the electricity consumption is higher. Additional consumption is calculated via the meter on site. From mid-April to mid-June and mid-September / end of October it is possible to heat the pool, other months it is not possible. In the months of July and August it is not possible to use a heated swimming pool, the temperature of the pool water in these months is very pleasant.

WINTER RENTAL
Winter rental is not possible in this house.
