Villa Mimosa in Moraira
This detached villa on one level exudes peace and serenity . When you enter, the villa, attractively decorated by the Dutch owners, immediately makes you feel welcome. Take a dip in the private swimming pool (kidney-shaped 8m x 4m x 2m) or cook in the nice outdoor kitchen. Fancy a day at the beach? Just 2.6 km away is the lovely sandy beach of Moraira. From here you can walk straight into the nice Spanish village with several nice restaurants and bars.
Inside Villa Mimosa
Villa Mimosa is suitable for six people and is all on one level. The cozy living room has air conditioning, TV with Dutch channels, pellet stove, dining area and sitting area. From here you can easily walk into the kitchen which is equipped with a dishwasher, combi microwave, 4-burner hob, fridge with freezer, toaster, kettle and Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee maker. The villa has three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 and 2 both have a double bed (160 x 200), window screens and air conditioning. Bedroom 3 has a trundle bed of 160-200 cm, en suite bathroom, air conditioning and window screens. There are two bathrooms. Bathroom 1 has a shower, toilet, double sink and hair dryer. Bathroom 2 (en suite) has a shower, toilet and sink. There is also wifi, a washing machine, a dryer and heating. The house has recently been equipped with solar panels.
Outside at Villa Mimosa
Villa Mimosa has a spacious private swimming pool with 6 sunbeds. The pool is 8 x 4 m and is sloping from 110 cm to 210 cm. From the cozy covered private terrace you have a view over the pool and the beautiful surroundings. On the other side of the terrace you will find the outdoor kitchenwith sink, bar and built-in barbecue on coals. This villa also has an outdoor shower. There is room for three cars in the very spacious private parking lot.

- In the period from July to August we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday.
- In the other months, arrival and departure is allowed on any day of the week, but your booking must be in line with previous/subsequent bookings and otherwise there must be a minimum of 7 nights between bookings. Ask us about the possibilities.
- We recommend that you rent a car at this destination.

– Gas in the winter months (1 November to 31 March) € 35 per week.
If you use more than 1 gas bottle per week, you pay the additional consumption on site.
Stay in the winter months
Villa Mimosa is suitable for winter stays. The house is heated via central heating, pellet stove and air conditioning with heat function. Costs for gas are € 35 per week, if you use more than 1 gas bottle per week, you will pay the additional consumption on the spot. A bag of pellet pellets is available in the area for approx. € 9 per bag. In the winter months, 75 kWh (electricity) per week is included, with additional consumption (via meter) the costs are € 0.40 per kWh. Please contact us for the latest rates and availability.

A stay of equal to or less than 10 nights is considered a tourist rental. A stay of equal to or more than 11 nights is considered a short-term rental according to the law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana and for which you sign a short-term rental contract before arrival.
