This beautiful holiday home is located in a quiet residential area of Playa Blanca and has a private heated swimming pool and hot tub. This villa is located next to the Montana Rojo volcano. From a certain point you can hike to the top where you can enjoy beautiful views of Playa Blanca and the island of Fuerteventura in the distance.
Playa Blanca is the southernmost town on the island of Lanzarote. At about 4 km from your villa you will find a pleasant promenade, the marina and the car-free shopping street. For a wonderful day at the beach, 'Playa de Papagayo' is definitely worth a visit. Here you will find crystal clear waters and a beautiful white sandy beach. Do you want an active trip? Then visit the unique Timanfaya National Park. In this nature reserve you will learn everything about the volcanic origin of the island.
LAYOUT VILLA MONTANA ROJA
Villa Montana is a modern villa with stylish décor. The spacious living room has an L-shaped sofa, internet TV with Dutch channels, wifi and air conditioning. There is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker (Dolce Gusto) and a fridge with freezer. In a separate room there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The dining room can be closed with a sliding glass door. There are two bedrooms in total. The first bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with bath, sink and toilet. This bedroom has direct access to the pool and terrace. The second bedroom features a double bed, fitted wardrobes and a nice view of the pool. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. A safe is also provided.
OUTSIDE AT VILLA MONTANA ROJA
From the living room you have direct access to the garden with nice terrace. Enjoy the sun on one of the sunbeds or take a refreshing dip in the private pool. Or enjoy the hot tub! There is also a stone barbecue for outdoor cooking, as well as an outdoor shower. You can park the rental car in the driveway. Around the villa is a garden with artificial grass and palm trees.
