The upper floor has two bedrooms with king-size beds and two bathrooms (one of which is en-suite). One of the bedrooms has a beautiful sea view. Here you will also find the living room, equipped with **air-conditioning**, comfortable sofas and a smart TV with Dutch channels and all the popular Dutch TV apps – ideal for an evening of bingeing.
The naya, directly adjacent to the living room, offers comfortable chairs and a dining table with breathtaking views of the sea and the green hills of Moraira. The lower floor has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, a spacious open plan kitchen and a second naya with comfortable lounge sofas – the perfect place for a drink or a quiet afternoon in the shade.
Around the pool there are eight comfortable sunbeds, both in the sun and in the shade under the palm tree. The tropical and Mediterranean garden completes the picture and offers an authentic wood-fired **pizza oven** in the 'casita', ideal for a cozy barbecue or pizza evening.
