A nice modern villa close to (1.3 km) the beach, center and boulevard of Moraira.
Near the house are tennis and padel courts and there are a number of supermarkets / shops.
On the terrace (100m2) with outdoor kitchen are a comfortable lounge set and a dining table. There are sun loungers in the landscaped garden. The swimming pool (8x4) and outdoor shower are adjacent to the terrace. There is also a large roof terrace (64 m2) with a lounge set to enjoy the evening sun.
There is plenty of shade on the terrace and in the garden by means of a shade cloth, umbrellas and palm trees.
Next to the carport, on the enclosed private property (820m2) there is space for parking a 2nd car. In the spacious garden there is artificial grass, there is a characteristic old olive tree and several beautiful palm trees, oleanders and jacarandas have been planted.
There is a table tennis table in the garden for entertainment and fitness!
The attractively furnished living room (42m2) with underfloor heating and a sitting area with smart TV and dining table overlooks the terrace, swimming pool and garden.
The open kitchen has all the necessary appliances and plenty of cupboard space. There is a water filter installation, buying drinking water is no longer necessary. Next to the kitchen is a large storage room with washing machine and dryer.
There are three 2 person bedrooms, all with air conditioning and underfloor heating. All bedrooms have access to the terrace through sliding doors. There is a safe in the master bedroom.
Two luxurious bathrooms, both with a walk-in shower and one with a bathtub complete the villa.
Variable changeover days with a minimum of 3 nights are possible in consultation. The only restriction is that arrival and departure on Sundays is not possible.
In addition, we also offer medium-term rentals at reduced prices (4 weeks+). In high season (July-August) the rental period is a minimum of 7 nights.
No pets are allowed.
Please note that from 1 January 2026, Spanish law requires that a copy of the passport of everyone (from the age of 16) staying in a holiday home must be provided to the police. We will take care of that. The administration costs are 10 euros pp per stay. We will state that amount on the contract to you.
