On the terrace (100m2) with outdoor kitchen are a comfortable lounge set and a dining table. There are sun loungers in the landscaped garden. The swimming pool (8x4) and outdoor shower are adjacent to the terrace. There is also a large roof terrace (64 m2) with a lounge set to enjoy the evening sun.
There is plenty of shade on the terrace and in the garden by means of a shade cloth, umbrellas and palm trees.
Next to the carport, on the enclosed private property (820m2) there is space for parking a 2nd car. In the spacious garden there is artificial grass, there is a characteristic old olive tree and several beautiful palm trees, oleanders and jacarandas have been planted.
There is a table tennis table in the garden for entertainment and fitness!
The attractively furnished living room (42m2) with underfloor heating and a sitting area with smart TV and dining table overlooks the terrace, swimming pool and garden.
The open kitchen has all the necessary appliances and plenty of cupboard space. There is a water filter installation, buying drinking water is no longer necessary. Next to the kitchen is a large storage room with washing machine and dryer.
There are three 2 person bedrooms, all with air conditioning and underfloor heating. All bedrooms have access to the terrace through sliding doors. There is a safe in the master bedroom.

Variable changeover days with a minimum of 3 nights are possible in consultation. The only restriction is that arrival and departure on Sundays is not possible.
In addition, we also offer medium-term rentals at reduced prices (4 weeks+). In high season and in holiday periods (April-May-July-August) the rental period is a minimum of 7 nights.
