The villa is 200m2 in size. It stands on a spacious plot of 800m2, and is perfectly south facing so that the sun can be enjoyed optimally.

This holiday villa is situated in a prime location; the exclusive private urbanization Pla Del Mar in Moraira on the Costa Blanca.
Pla del Mar is the most privileged area of Moraira. You can reach the village and beaches on foot from here, and the area is traffic-free as there are no main roads.

Villa Lotus was built in 1985. Over the years, the house has been renovated and improved. Fortunately, it has retained its authentic Spanish look & feel.
Villa Lotus has 2 bedrooms with double beds. There are also 2 bathrooms here. 1 with bath and shower and 1 with shower. There is a large kitchen with every luxury.
For the visit there is a guest toilet. The washing machine and dryer are also located in this room.
There is a 1000 MB fiber optic internet connection, with WIFI router.
In addition, there is a separate guest house, the casita, with two separate beds. This casita has its own front and rear entrance, a kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace.
On the first floor there is a terrace with pergola where you can enjoy a drink with a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains. The heart of the villa is the patio, where it is pleasant to stay, even when it is hot in summer.
Use the BBQ here for a delicious family dinner, and enjoy a glass of good Spanish wine or sangria in the cozy sitting area in the evening.
The large 12×5 swimming pool is the ideal place to cool off. The surrounding garden with beautiful palm tree, shrubs and flowers make the whole a soothing holiday oasis. The view is overwhelmingly beautiful.
You will see the Mediterranean Sea, the marina of Moraira, the Peñon de Ifach (rocky outcrop) near Calpe, and the impressive mountains.
A sunset is a true spectacle here.
If you walk out of the villa and turn left, you will be in the center of Moraira within 5 minutes.
Here you can visit the beach, the many restaurants and bars, and the luxurious marina. Turn right and it's a 10-minute walk to El Portet Bay, with its beach, restaurants and bars.
Villa Lotus in Pla del Mar Moraira is equipped with a carport to park your car under. This is also possible on the quiet street. In the villa you can enjoy the coolness of the air conditioners installed in the living room, the bedrooms, and in the casita in the summer.
During the cooler winter days, the central heating and the air conditioners with heating function ensure a pleasant living climate.

In the period from July 12 to August 29 there is a fixed arrival and departure day for Villa Lotus, namely Saturday / Saturday.
During this period it is only possible to book for a minimum of 7 nights.
So booking 10 days or 15 days during this period is not possible
