Inside Villa Josa
Through the spacious terrace you walk into the living room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob and Nespresso coffee maker. There is a nice kitchen island with bar stools. In the middle of the room is a dining table. Then you will find the living area with sitting area and TV. From the entire room you have a view of the beautiful terrace with naja and private swimming pool. From the kitchen/living room you enter the bedrooms through a long corridor.
Bedroom 1: 1x a double bed. Bedroom 2: 2x a single bed. Bedroom 3: 1x a double bed with ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 4: 1x a double bed with ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. Bathroom 1: separate bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink and toilet. Bathroom 2: ensuite with walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Bathroom 3: ensuite with walk-in shower, bath, double sink and toilet. There is also a separate toilet. All bedrooms and the kitchen/living room are air-conditioned.
The outdoors of Villa Josa
Villa Josa has a spacious private swimming pool, naja with a spacious terrace with sun loungers and outdoor shower. At the dining table is a gas BBQ for cooking and an outdoor bar for drinks. There is also a nice sitting area with sofa and chairs to enjoy during the long summer evenings at your beautifully lit private pool. There is a private parking space (on the road side) for 3 cars.

- In the period from July to August we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday.
- In the other months, arrival and departure is allowed on any day of the week, but your booking must be in line with previous/subsequent bookings and otherwise there must be a minimum of 7 nights between bookings.

Stay during the winter months
Villa Josa is suitable for winter stays. Villa Josa has heating by air conditioning and a pellet stove in the living room (the pellets for the pellet stove are available and are approximately € 9 per bag, to be paid on site according to consumption). In the winter months, 125 kWh (electricity) per month is included, with additional consumption (via meter) the costs are € 0.40 per kWh.

A stay of equal to or less than 10 nights is considered a tourist rental. A stay of equal to or more than 11 nights is considered a short-term rental according to the law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana and for which you sign a short-term rental contract before arrival.
