Discover our villa on the Spanish Costa Blanca in Moraira. We are located at the end of a very quiet, dead-end street.
The villa stands on a mountain with an extremely beautiful view. You will enjoy the 11km view from the terrace with private (heated) swimming pool and discover the ultimate tranquility while enjoying the wonderful climate.
April 2025 : The spacious new terrace with parasol, renewed private pool and new outdoor shower in Ibiza style! The whole offers you enough space to sit in the sun or you can enjoy the shade and all this from the sun loungers with your aperitif in hand. Heating the pool is also optional.
The villa is located a short distance from the sea, very nice restaurants, supermarkets and also the weekly market on Fridays with regional products is definitely recommended. For golfers, there is the Club De Golf Ifach at 3.5 km drive.
The villa has a tastefully renovated interior :
- The spacious U-shaped kitchen is equipped with every comfort: refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle and coffee maker Philips L'Or.
- The living room has a dining room, spacious sofa (sofa bed – 2 pers), 2 new separate relax chairs in Ibiza style, smart TV, DVD, Bluetooth speaker, wifi and Chromecast. There is also air conditioning that can cool or heat. For the cozy winter months there is a stove .
- There is a spacious bedroom with 2 person beds BOXSPRING, built-in wardrobes, air conditioning and an ensuite heated bathroom with bath and shower.
- Then there are 2 more bedrooms, each with a double bed BOXSPRING and built-in wardrobes.
- There is also a second bathroom with bath and separate heating.
- A separate storage room with washing machine and dryer are also available.
From the living room you have access through the 2 sliding windows to the terrace where the spacious private swimming pool is located. Outside on the terrace is a new 8-person table with chairs and benches, an outdoor kitchen (barbecue) and new sunbeds where you can relax.
Behind the villa there is an elevated area with olive and lime trees where you can also have an aperitif or eat at a separate sofa.
You can easily park your car next to the villa on the long driveway. There is parking for more than 3 cars.
The villa is located in the beautiful seaside resort and fishing village of Moraira. The eight kilometers of coastline with several beaches and very beautiful bays are the biggest tourist attractions. The presence of a relatively large number of high-quality restaurants certainly completes the picture. Moraira offers almost everything you need for a pleasant holiday, without feeling super touristy. Within just a few minutes you are at one of the beautiful beaches and bays of the Costa Blanca. It has somehow managed to maintain its relaxed atmosphere . Tourists who stay in Moraira mainly come to relax and enjoy. The big advantage of Moraira is that if you want to escape the peace and quiet for a while, you can look for the crowds. Its location between the more touristic places such as Dénia, Xàbia, Calp, Altea, Benidorm and Villajoyosa is ideal. And if you want to look for real city life, you can always go to Alicante or Valencia.

Easy to reach by car or by plane via the airports of Valencia or Alicante.
When booking, a mandatory cleaning at the end of your stay is mandatory. Dogs are not allowed! Bed and bath linen are also required to be reserved.
Our key manager on site will receive you on arrival with a word of explanation of the house and is also the point of contact for problems that we would not be able to solve directly from Belgium.
