This beautiful villa, suitable for up to 6 people, offers an unrivaled combination of luxury, comfort and an excellent location. The minimum age to rent Casa Épica is 27 years and pets are not allowed for hygienic reasons.

Casa Épica is truly a paradise for golf enthusiasts. With 4 golf courses, ranging from 9 to 18 holes, in the immediate vicinity, you can perfect your swing amid the beautiful landscape of the Costa Blanca. This is also an excellent starting point for cycling enthusiasts for a beautiful bike ride in the area.

With 3 tastefully decorated bedrooms, 2 spacious bathrooms and 1 shower room on the terrace, this villa has been designed with space and privacy in mind. Each room exudes a warm atmosphere and offers an oasis of peace after a day full of adventure.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

From June 6 to August 30, the standard changeover day is on a Saturday, possible changeover day on another day in consultation.
The weekly prices are based on a stay with 2 people, if you are going to stay with more than 2 people, an additional charge per person per night will be charged.
The prices indicated include the final cleaning.
Longer (winter) rental periods (minimum 1 month) at attractive prices possible between October 12 and April 1.
The electricity consumption up to 175 kWh per week is included in the weekly price. In the event of extremely excessive power consumption (more than 175 kWh per week), the additional energy costs consumed will be charged at 0.35 Eur/Kwh and these additional energy costs will be deducted from the deposit.
