Villa el Postre in Moraira
An attractive villa with private pool and lots of privacy. A short drive (5 min.) you will find the center of Moraira with the beaches Platja l'Ampolla and Playa el Portet. Villa El Postre is a detached, single-storey recently built villa with a spacious private swimming pool (kidney-shaped approx. 8 x 4m), outdoor kitchenwith barbecue and many seating areas around the house. This villa is also located in a beautiful green area with a wide view all around. In the fishing village of Moraira you will find small-scale bays, cozy squares, many restaurants and hiking opportunities such as the Paseo Ecológico route.
Inside Villa el Postre
The living room with attractive décor has a sitting area, stove, air conditioning (hot/cold), television and dining area. Wifi is available. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge with large freezer, dishwasher, combi microwave, hand blender, juicer, toaster, kettle, 4-burner hob and a Nespresso coffee maker. Bedroom 1: double bed (180x200, can be pushed loose), air conditioning (hot/cold) and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, toilet and hair dryer. Bedroom 2: double bed (180x200, can be pushed loose) and air conditioning (hot/cold). Bedroom 3: two single beds (90x190) and fan. Bathroom 2 has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. There are mosquito nets on the windows throughout the house. A washing machine, ironing board and iron are also provided.
It is not possible to place a cot due to the limited space in the bedrooms. The house can accommodate up to 6 people.
The outdoors of Villa el Postre
What a nice outdoor life you will experience in this holiday home. Around the private pool there are 6 sunbeds and two umbrellas. There is also an outdoor shower . The outdoor kitchenwith built-in barbecue ensures that you will mainly live outside during your holiday. There is also a covered terrace with dining area, as well as a comfortable lounge area on the veranda. The villa is surrounded by greenery with a wide view. 4 (rental) cars can be parked in your private parking space. The spacious grounds of Villa el Postre are fully fenced.

Details
- In July and August we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday and a minimum stay of 7 nights.
- In the other months, arrival and departure is allowed on any day of the week, but your booking must be in line with previous/subsequent bookings and otherwise there must be a minimum of 7 nights between bookings. Ask us about the possibilities.
- We recommend that you rent a car at this destination.

Winter rental
Winter rental from December to March is not possible in this house.
