Villa El Escondrijo

A fantastic place for a perfect holiday; Peace and privacy are assured! (name of the villa = El Escondrijo = hidden hideaway)

The house  is located in a cul-de-sac in a quiet residential area. Because the villa is located on top of a hill, you have a beautiful and wide panoramic view of the surrounding hills and the sea.

The very mild climate – average annual temperature is 22°C –, the extremely charming Moraira with its beaches and marina, the peace and privacy in  the garden and by the pool will give you and your holiday companions unforgettable moments.

The villa is located on an enclosed plot of 850 m² against the wall of a hill. Due to its location above street level and thanks to the plants, there is complete privacy without being overlooked by neighbors. The driveway to the garage offers private parking for your own car. Through a gate there is a second access to the garden.

The pool is surrounded by spacious sun terraces surrounded by mature Mediterranean plants that provide the necessary shade. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available in sufficient quantities. At the pool there is also an outdoor shower, a covered lounge area and a private petanque court!

On the level above the pool is a covered sun terrace with outdoor kitchen and BBQ. A great place with a view of the sea.

The property is very spacious and spread over 2 levels. A maximum of 8 people can stay in the house in total.
Pool level: spacious garage/bicycle shed with washing machine and dryer, very spacious double room with fitted wardrobes and possibility to place an extra bed. Bathroom  with toilet, shower and sink.
Level upstairs: covered naya (this is the Spanish name for veranda), living room with wood fire and TV (chromecast), very spacious fully equipped kitchen  with dining area, a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, a bedroom with bunk beds and fitted wardrobes,  bathroom with toilet, bath and sink, master bedroom with double bed with private bathroom (double sink, toilet and walk-in shower)

There is a fiber optic internet connection with wifi in the house. There is air conditioning (hot/cold)  in every room and all rooms have double glazing, mosquito nets and shutters for blackout. Several windows also have sun canopies for extra protection.
