Villa Dali is a comfortable villa (built in 2008) located in the beautiful coastal town of MORAIRA.

Fully fenced, space for 2 cars. Quiet, sunny location.
Total area 800m2.
100% privacy, no view.
There is room for 8 people (maximum). The price is quoted up to 6 people. The 7th and/or 8th person pays 25 euros/night extra.

Sea and pebble beach at 600m, sandy beach at 1200m, supermarket at 100m.
The lively town of Moraira is 2 km away, the golf course is 2 km away.

The villa is modernly furnished, with a rural touch.

The living room - dining room and fully equipped kitchen are located on the ground floor in one large room, there are no stairs to reach this floor. A sliding door gives access to the terrace and swimming pool.
Air conditioning is provided, there is heating for the winter days, although you can also opt for the cozy fireplace.

On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms (north side) and 1 bathroom (with toilet). Both bedrooms have a double bed and cupboards.

Both spacious, air-conditioned rooms on the 1st floor have a private terrace with beautiful sea views, a private bathroom and a double bed of 1.80 m.

It is pleasant to spend time outside.
After a dip in the swimming pool (8 by 4 m), relax in the comfortable sun loungers or enjoy an aperitif in the lounge corner?
The outdoor shower is especially practical, the pergola above the lounge chair helps protect against sunburn :)
For the hungry among you there is of course also the outdoor BBQ.

There is a washing machine and dryer in the storage room outside.

There is a second exit, a small gate at the swimming pool. This gives access to a side street at the back. Via this road it is only 100m to a large supermarket (the Mas y Mas). Please note, the gate is only accessible on foot.

Because it likes to rain in Belgium and is a bit too cold for me (if we don't have to deal with a heat wave :) I had been dreaming of buying a house in Spain for years.
