Outside
From the fenced garden you can walk straight to the swimming pool. Under the umbrellas are a garden table with 6 chairs and 4 sunbeds, so you can keep an eye on the children in the water from your lounger. In the naya (canopy) you can sit in the shade with a fan. Thanks to its south-facing location, you also have sun in the garden and on the balcony in the winter months.
Inside
The living room has a spacious sofa, Smart TV and a fireplace for the cooler evenings, plus a dining table for 6. The open kitchen with bar and 2 stools is complete: induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, a Nespresso and a wine cabinet. All rooms have new air conditioners and there are extra fans. On the ground floor is the first bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and washing machine.
The stairs lead to the spacious landing with stair gate and fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom with double bed gives access to the balcony with sea view. The second bedroom has two single beds, which can be put together or together, and space for a baby cot. In the third bedroom there is a sturdy bunk bed with good mattresses, suitable for both adults and children. Upstairs you will also find the second bathroom with spacious walk-in shower and toilet.
Location
Moraira is an attractive coastal town on the Costa Blanca, with beaches, good restaurants and beautiful nature. The center and beaches are 2 km away. You fly to Alicante (1 hour drive) or Valencia (1.5 hours drive).
