Siempre Verde - With heated pool

Siempre Verde is an oasis of greenery and within walking distance of all the cozy restaurants, shops and the coast of Moraira. 

When you stand outside you can smell the wonderful scent of the pine trees and hear the wind chirping through the trees and the birds. 

The house is on a spacious plot, where you have complete privacy. 
Next to the house is a kidney shaped private swimming pool. We have a heat pump so you can also enjoy swimming in winter. Around the pool there is plenty of space for the sunbeds and umbrellas. 
The outdoor shower is located by the pool. It's great to take a shower here after a visit to the beach. There is a fence around the pool which can be closed. This is for the safety of small children. 

Adjacent to the pool is a pergola with a large round table. The pergola has a roof so there is semi shade. Great to recover from all the swimming and to cool off and have lunch in the semi shade. 

Adjacent to the pergola is the jeu de boules court. Various games can be played here. 

The terrace between the pool and the house is suitable for bbq, so there is also a gas bbq here. 

The house has a spacious terrace full of sun with an automatic awning. Adjacent is the naya. This has a collapsible wall that can be completely folded. This connects the outdoor terrace with the inside. In the naya there is a long dining table (suitable for 10 people). There is also a dyson to purify the air and to provide extra cooling. In the naya there are 2 cupboards containing towels for the pool and beach towels which can be used.

The spacious living room has a three-seater sofa and two nice chairs. There is a fireplace. In addition, there is a children's play corner with a table and chairs with books and baskets with toys. There is also a television, connected to the internet, with Netflix subscription and a Chromecast available. There is also an air conditioner here which can cool or heat the living room and naya.

There is a spacious kitchen with a large fridge (for larger groups there is a 2nd fridge in the garage) equipped with all conveniences. There is a dishwasher, oven, stove, nespresso machine, kettle, toaster and plenty of crockery, glassware, cutlery, pans, serving dishes, etc.
On the same floor as the living room and naya are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. 

1 bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has two single beds. Both rooms have sufficient closet space. Both rooms have their own air conditioning and shutters and mosquito nets.

The bathroom has a bath with shower in it, a sink and a toilet. 

Downstairs are two bedrooms and a bathroom en suite. 
The master bedroom downstairs features a king-size bed. In the bedroom there is plenty of closet space and air conditioning. There is also a desk and office chair with a screen. The bedroom has blackout curtains. From the bed you look through the patio doors through the beautiful bougainvillea into part of the garden. Adjacent to the bedroom is the spacious bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The laundry room is also adjacent to the bedroom. There is a washing machine and dryer here which can be used. There are also drying racks.

The other bedroom has a bunk bed with the lower bed a queen size bed. Under the bed is another bed with a pull-out mattress. There is also a cot. The room also has a changing table with a changing mat for a child. This bedroom also has air conditioning and blackout curtains. 
 
Outside on the property is a garage. Various items are stored here, toys for the children (bicycles, scooter, pool toys), an extra refrigerator, extra sunbeds, etc. 

The house is very suitable for families with children. For children there are many toys available, slide for the pool and all kinds of toys for in and outside the pool, children's books, cuddly toys, dress-up clothes, cot, high chairs, buggy, stair gate, children's cutlery, plates and cups.  

The lighting outside and inside the naya are smart and turn on and off automatically. 
There is fiber optic internet available which is very fast, even with larger groups. 
There is a sonos system in the naya and in the kitchen. There is a water filter on the tap in the kitchen, so the water in the kitchen is for drinking. The water from the other taps is not drinkable! Marco, our Dutch manager on site, is present during the check-in and check-out. He also brings the linen package and is on standby if something is wrong. He also ensures that the beds are made on arrival so that your holiday can start immediately!
