Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy:
* cancellation more than three months before the arrival date is free of charge
* cancellation up to 90 days before arrival is 10% of the rental price
* cancellation up to 60 days before arrival is 30% of the rental price
* cancellation up to 30 days before arrival is 60% of the rental price
* cancellation up to 14 days before arrival is 80% of the rental price
* cancellation less than 14 days before arrival is 100% of the rental price
You can book without obligation with cancellation insurance for 5% of the rent. Cancellation is then without obligation up to 5 days before arrival, you will receive a full refund of the rental amount. Insurance no longer applies if you have checked in and unexpectedly have to break off your stay.
