Beautiful Ibiza style villa built within walking distance of El Portet beach (700m) and the village (1400 meters). The house is located in the chic area of El Portet on its own grounds of 1200 m2 with a large and deep heated swimming pool of 11x5m. Lots of privacy. For the winter there is underfloor heating throughout the house and for the summer air conditioning in all bedrooms. There is a large covered naya, pergola with balibed and a cozy covered outdoor kitchen with barbecue.
Due to the unique south-facing location, there is sun all day long and plenty of shade has been created under the naya and pergola. If you still want to sunbathe, there are lovely sunbeds with cushions where you can enjoy the 180-degree view in complete privacy.
The ground floor has a large open kitchen that is equipped with all modern conveniences. From the kitchen there is access to a utility room with extra (drinks) fridge, freezer, washing machine, counter top with sink. The open kitchen gives access to the dining room, living room and the naya of 50 m2. Great for the summer in the shade with a breeze or in the winter (with the screen facing down on the side) enjoying the outdoors. From the living room there is access through a hall to the 2 bedrooms and the bathroom in between. The front bedroom has sliding doors with direct access to the terrace with swimming pool.
From the living room there is a beautiful staircase with Chinese art to the 1st floor where again 2 bedrooms and a bathroom can be found. Everywhere you will find memories of distant travels on the wall and in this way we have given the house our personal touch.
The naya has a lovely lounge set made of scaffolding wood with nice soft cushions and a 3 meter long dining table with lovely chairs for a long evening of dining. The bali bed was a 'must have' for us (memories of our honeymoon in Indonesia a long time ago...) and has been given a special place by the pool.
The pool has been heated by a heat pump since 2023, there are 10 solar panels and a solar hot water system on the roof. In this way, we try to create a house that is as energy-neutral as possible.
