The authentic semi-detached house Rosalalinda is located in the Fanadix district of Moraira, at the end of a dead end street in a beautiful area with lots of greenery. There is a lot of peace and quiet in the small complex of Els Tossals, so you can laze undisturbed in the sun on your terrace. One half of the houses are located around the large swimming pool with toddler area, the tennis court and the well-kept garden with palm trees and other Mediterranean plants.
Rosalalinda is located on the other side of the access road to the complex with the advantage that you have a great view of the sea and it is even quieter. A short distance away is the swimming pool for a refreshing splash to cool off. A rock garden has been created at the front of the house, where you can still sit in the sun in the evening while enjoying a cup of coffee. You can park your car under the carport next to the house.
Once you enter, the cosiness will meet you through the attractive design of the living and dining room. It invites you to sit down in front of the fireplace with a book or to plop down on the couch to watch your favorite program on TV.
The sliding door of the living room gives access to the large south-east facing terrace with a fantastic sea view, so you can enjoy the sun all day long in your lounge chair or at the table in the shade of the awning to daydream. The small U-shaped kitchen on the street side is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired.
On the upper floor are the 2 bedrooms and the bathroom with toilet, shower cabin, washbasin and the machine for washing and drying the laundry. The beds are of excellent quality and upon arrival the beds are made with 100% cotton linen. A small balcony adjoins the master bedroom, so that you can immediately admire the sea after getting out of bed.
Rosalalinda is a perfect place for holidays as a couple or with the family, both in summer and winter, because the house is equipped with central heating, air conditioning throughout the house and even a built-in fireplace. There is fiber optic WiFi and there are shutters and fly screens against the sun and insects.
