Our house is located in a quiet area but within walking distance of the nice town of Moraira.
All rooms are on the ground floor.
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with a double bed and en-suite bathroom.
The third bedroom has 2 single beds and also an en-suite bathroom.
2 bedrooms also have access to the covered terrace.
The living room and kitchen have a lot of light through the large sliding doors to the terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped and well equipped with kitchenware.
Outside there is a swimming pool of 8-4 meters with a lovely terrace accessible by a staircase of 4 steps.
There is a lot of sun, but also plenty of shade.
We also have wifi and Dutch TV. Air conditioning is adjustable per room.
Spacious private parking space accessible via electric gate.
