Moraira is located on the Costa Blanca, approx. 80 km (45 minutes by car) north of Alicante and 110 km (70 minutes by car) south of Valencia. Moraira is easy to reach by car from the Netherlands (approx. 1.5 days). In this green part of the Costa Blanca there is a wonderful climate in both summer and winter.
Casa La Porteña is located in the beautiful district of El Portet, a short distance ( approx. 400m) from the luxurious El Portet sandy beach. This beautiful beach has 4 beach bars/restaurants. The beach is beautiful: crystal clear water for swimming and snorkeling and water has a wonderful temperature. The house is about 1.5 km walking along the sea from the beautiful fishing village of Moraira. For people with walking difficulties, it is at most a 5-minute drive to the village.
The holiday home itself is located at the beginning of a quiet street, the start of the walking route to the beach is up/downhill. The land of approx. 1500m2 is fully fenced and has an entrance gate to the house and private parking.
The large, private swimming pool (10 x 5m) is surrounded by a sun terrace with sunbeds and parasols. The garden has several palm trees, lemon trees and other beautiful plants. Parking on site for at least 3 cars. From various places in and around the house you have a beautiful view over the beautiful valley!
The ground floor house (bottom floor) is suitable for 6 people and has many conveniences. The three bedrooms (with air conditioning) have comfortable beds and built-in wardrobes. The luxury kitchen has oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, sink, etc. The house also has a luxurious compact bathroom. The house has internet through WIFI (fiber optic) and TV. The house is directly adjacent to the beautiful swimming pool with outdoor shower. For the winter visitors, the house has a central heating system. There is also an additional work and chill area with views over the valley. The top floor is not rented out and is only used by us when we are there (but then there are no tenants).
