A beautiful authentic finca in an idyllic location with lots of privacy and with exceptional views. Yet it is only a few minutes from the lively village center of Moraira. In 2014, Moraira was voted the best holiday destination in Spain for a reason!
The authentic finca was built around 1800 and completely renovated in 2010. Situated on the farmlands between Teulada and Moraira you will find few places more peace and beautiful views than here and you can enjoy your holiday.
From the spacious and stylish naya (covered terrace) with Boil King barbeque you look out over the garden and valley. The naya has a large table where you can wake up peacefully in the morning with your coffee or tea and in the evening you can dine with family and guests. The large garden has a great diversity of plants and trees, including an almond, nispro and mandarin tree. There is also a small vineyard where you can pick your own fresh grapes in August. Fancy a yoga moment? There is always a nice spot to be found on the 3700m2 estate.
In and around the house you can make free use of the internet via WIFI.
The entire house is equipped with a (Denon HEOS) wireless sound system, with which you can enjoy your favorite music throughout the house and outside via Spotify, Deezer, Soundcloud or your own device.
The finca has three bedrooms, the master bedroom on the first floor has an en-suite bathroom. The other bedrooms are on the ground floor. One bedroom is located on the other side of the terrace, so that guests or older children can go their own way without disturbing others.
The characteristic kitchen is furnished and equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, and a separate room with washing machine.
In terms of electricity, the finca is completely self-sufficient by means of solar panels (off grid). In the main building of the finca, all (living) areas have central heating.
Moraira still has the cozy Spanish atmosphere and is a good base for hiking, water sports, cycling, mountain biking, golf. Also trips to eg Valencia (recommended!), Benidorm, Javea, Altea, Denia, Calpe. Even Ibiza and Mallorca are within easy reach by boat.
The center has a wide choice of restaurants, bars, entertainment and there are various (types of) beaches in the area. In Moraira you will also find several supermarkets.
The pleasant village of Teulada is 1 kilometer away. Here you will also find a (Consum) supermarket, bakery, various shops and a beautiful old core with a cozy village square.
From the finca and in the area you can enjoy walking, it is also a great base for cycling and beautiful walks in the region. We are happy to give tips about the area, walking and cycling routes and restaurants in the area.
The finca will be improved and modernized in the near future. So things may be different in the photo than when we welcome you, but everything to make the stay even more pleasant. The plan is also to build a swimming pool (expected summer 2023).
