During the holiday months we are happy to rent our casa from Saturday to Saturday, if you wish other days ... we would like to hear from you. Our beautiful ground floor villa has a beautiful sea view which can even be seen while swimming from the private pool and is very quietly located in the residential area of Benimeit, 2.3 km from the bustling center of Moraira and the beautiful beach Playa de l'Ampolla.
The villa is completely walled and located on a plot of 10 ares with a neatly landscaped garden and several terraces around the house so that you can enjoy the sun or shade all day long. It can accommodate up to 6 people with its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is also hot/cold air conditioning in all rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area followed by a sitting area with flat screen TV, free WIFI, solar panels, laundry room, bed linen, towels, BBQ, carport, etc.

This location is ideal to enjoy “Saint Tropez” on the Costa Blanca in both summer and winter. An ideal base for water sports, nature walks, culinary enjoyment, various golf courses and also easily accessible from Alicante and Valencia airports.
