During the holiday months we are happy to rent out our casa from Saturday to Saturday, if you wish other days ... we would like to hear about it. Our beautiful single-storey villa has a beautiful sea view which can even be seen while swimming from  the private pool and is very quietly located in the residential area of Benimeit, 2.3 km from the bustling center of Moraira and the beautiful beach  Playa de l'Ampolla. The villa is fully walled and is located on a plot of 10 ares with a neatly landscaped garden and several terraces around the house so that you can can enjoy the sun or shade spots all day long. It sleeps up to 6 people with its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is also air conditioning hot/cold in all rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area followed by the sitting area with flat screen TV, free WIFI, solar panels, laundry, bed linen, towels, bbq, carport ,...
This location is ideal to come and enjoy the "Saint Tropez" on the Costa Blanca both during summer and winter. An ideal base for water sports, nature walks, culinary enjoyment, various golf courses  and also easily accessible from Alicante airports and Valencia.Om logistical reasons we are happy to rent out our house up to 3 weeks before arrival date, you can always message us ... we can still see if we can get our casa in top condition arranged in a shorter period of time.
