This lovely semi-detached holiday home is only a 10-minute drive from the cozy Spanish village of Moraira. The stylish and warm interior ensures that you will quickly feel at home in this beautiful holiday home. From the spacious terrace you have a phenomenal sea view. Part of the spacious terrace is also covered, you can enjoy breakfast and dinner here. You will experience plenty of comfort on the terrace. Between all the greenery there is a communal swimming pool, where it is often relatively quiet. The beautiful interior, the sea view and the nice outdoor terrace provide the ultimate holiday experience. This lovely semi-detached holiday home is located next to our other pearl Casa La Cabaña. LAYOUT CASA VICTORIA
Casa Victoria consists of 2 floors. On the upper floor are the living room, kitchen, guest toilet and the nice outdoor terrace. The living room is tastefully furnished with a sitting area, television and direct access to the dining area and terrace. The open kitchen is fully equipped, including a hob, coffee maker, kettle, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and plenty of kitchen utensils. Living room is air-conditioned.
All bedrooms are located on the ground floor. Bedroom 1 has a double bed. Bathroom 1 has a bath/shower combination, toilet and sink. Bedroom 2 and 3 both have a double bed. Bathroom 2 has a shower and sink. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. Wifi is available throughout the holiday home as well as a washing machine and dryer.
OUTDOOR LIVING OF CASA VICTORIA
Casa Victoria has a spacious terrace, equipped with a sitting area and dining table. From your terrace you have a beautiful view of the sea and the surroundings. A wonderful place to wake up with your breakfast and cup of coffee! On the ground floor there is another terrace with outdoor shower. There are sunbeds and a lounge set on the terrace. There is a communal swimming pool. Parking for an average sized passenger car.

- Minimum stay of 7 nights.
- In the period from July to August we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Sunday. In the other months, arrival and departure is possible on any day of the week. However, your booking must be in line with previous/subsequent bookings and otherwise there must be a minimum of 7 nights between bookings.
