The villa is suitable for up to 7 people and a baby, has a living room with several sofas, dining room with dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with new comfortable beds and air conditioning and 3 ensuite bathrooms, a separate toilet, a large enclosed area with covered parking and a private swimming pool to cool off in. The kidney-shaped pool of 9x5 meters is heatable. The cover will be with slats which can support a weight of 50 - 60 kg so safe for the smaller children. There is also a covered barbecue area with dining area.
On the terrace you will find a comfortable lounge sofa and a dining area under the canopy. Around the pool there are several sunbeds to enjoy the sun! The site is completely enclosed and you can park your car safely on site. The upper floor is closed to the owners, which is only the 'square' part upstairs, but you can use the terrace which is located there from where you have an even more beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea. All the ingredients are in house for a wonderful holiday with a fantastic location!
