This imposing modern Ibiza style villa in Moraira with private pool and sea views, located on a side street of the coastal road in Moraira, is located 200 meters from the coastal road sea and Playa Playetes (less than 1 minute walk), 3 minutes walk Playa Ampolla and only 500 meters (5 minutes walk) from the village center of Moraira. So we can really say that this villa is within walking distance of the sea, the center and the beach.
The villa is suitable for up to 7 people and a baby, has a living room with several sofas, dining room with dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with new comfortable beds and air conditioning and 3 ensuite bathrooms, a separate toilet, a large enclosed area with covered parking and a private swimming pool to cool off in. The kidney-shaped swimming pool of 9x5 meters is heatable. The cover will be with slats which can support a weight of 50 - 60 kg so safe for the smaller children. There is also a covered barbecue area with dining area.
On the terrace you will find a comfortable lounge sofa and a dining area under the canopy. There are several sunbeds around the pool to enjoy the sun! The site is completely enclosed and you can park your car safely on site. The upper floor is closed to the owners, which is only the 'square' part upstairs, but you can use the terrace which is located from where you have even more beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea.
