The villa consists of two floors , both equipped with a living room with high-speed Wi-Fi (up to 300 Mbps), Smart TV (NLZiet with 21 Dutch channels, Netflix, Youtube, etc.), open kitchen and a separate toilet. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, on the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The villa can therefore be used flexibly, ideal for 2 families, but there are also plenty of possibilities for other group combinations.
The ground floor apartment has an extra spacious kitchen so that all residents can cook here with ease and adjacent to this floor is the covered terrace (the naya) where you can relax almost all year round.
The first bathroom on the ground floor has a bathtub with shower, so that the little ones can enjoy a bath after a day at the beach before they are shoved into their beds. The second bathroom forms the connection between bedroom 2 and 3 of the ground floor. Please note: bedroom 3 can only be reached via bedroom 2 and bathroom two and does not have a separate entrance. Bathroom 2 has both a walk-in shower and a private toilet and is beautifully finished in Ibiza style.
The upper floor can be reached via an external staircase and offers a lovely lounge area and a spacious conservatory/garden room with football table. From the conservatory you can enjoy the garden and the beautiful open views of the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea. The bathroom on this floor has a spacious walk-in shower. There are also two bedrooms with a total of four beds.
The large, safely enclosed garden of 35x35m offers plenty of opportunities to enjoy the sun or to find shade under one of the large palms or olive trees, or under the terrace roof. In the evening, the garden and swimming pool are beautifully lit and you can enjoy all the greenery, coolness and tranquility. There is also plenty of space for children to run around, play football, hide and seek or jump on the trampoline.
But above all, there is the very spacious swimming pool (12x7m). A fantastic leak to cool down in or to do your daily laps. We have many children's toys for the water in the shed behind the house. If you come with small children, we can place a security fence between the naya at the house and the terrace to the pool. In the house there is a wide selection of reading books in English and Dutch as well as a wide choice of toys and books for the children.
