We hereby offer our villa, with fantastic sea views. There is space for 2 cars to park, 1 in the garage and 1 in front of the garage. On both sides of the plot there is access to the villa via walkways provided with gravel and trees. The plot is located at the back of a nature reserve which means that there are no buildings. The view is therefore special, to the sea with lots of greenery. The villa is almost on one level with a few steps that are up to 3 high. The pool terrace is easy to oversee from the villa. The layout is wonderfully authentic, an access from the main entrance, a general toilet, a large open plan living room, the kitchen is adjacent to the living room separated by a door and 2 steps, the dining room is on one level with the kitchen but separate from each other, with lovely views of the fantastic recently newly landscaped terrace and pool area. Two of the 3 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and arico. The master bedroom has patio doors leading out to the pool and terrace. And fantastic sea views. The 2nd bedroom has patio doors with a private terrace. Between them there is a spacious corridor. The living room has its own air conditioning. The bed in the master bedroom has recently been replaced.
Most of the furniture has been replaced by designer furniture that gives the villa a colorful appearance. In the living room there is a smart TV that is connected to a fiber internet, which you can use for free. It allows you to log in to your Netflix or prime video accounts and it will be like your home. The terrace by the pool is very spacious, with many seating and lying areas and a beautiful bar table with stools. You can also cook a luxury gas BBQ. The pool is 5x10 and has steps leading to the shallow end of the pool. Next to this staircase is a sitting area in the water. Fantastic to enjoy and relax. At night, it will enchantingly come alive with illumination. The house is very comfortable with a real holiday feeling. All you need is a drink and your holiday can begin. 

The town and beach of Moraira are a 2 minute drive away, walking is possible but due to the high altitude only for people who want to take on the challenge, it is definitely worth walking through this beautiful area. Within walking distance is an area with several restaurants and pubs.

Very comfortable, almost single-storey villa, beautiful designer furniture, new large pool and relaxing terrace, quiet and peaceful, parking, a short distance from nice nightlife, the city center is a 2-minute drive away.
