Cozy and luxurious apartment in the center of Calpe, Spain, with 3 spacious bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower and toilet, is only 300 meters from the beautiful beach, which offers families plenty of space for summer activities and is very appealing to those seeking peace and tranquility in the colder seasons.
The apartment has an area of 102 square meters, the perfect size for up to 6 people, located on the 2nd floor and is accessible by elevator.

On request we provide you with a free cot with extra mattress in the apartment.
For our smallest guests we have a high chair, for which we also have an inflatable seat cushion available.

The first few days there is enough toilet paper, washing up liquid, coffee pods and tea and the first gas bottle.

On arrival you will receive a welcome pack and seasonal fruit.
Due to its location, this apartment is ideal for a relaxing holiday.
In the immediate vicinity is the beautiful old town of Calpe.
Many shops, restaurants and bars are on your doorstep and within walking distance and a car is not really necessary.

Explanation of prices

If, for whatever reason, the tenant is unable, unwilling or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must immediately inform the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by email to the lessor.
If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 30% of the rental price; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks up to the start date of the rental period 85%.
If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
