Casa Solvino is a modern, south-facing detached villa with beautiful views over the Jalon valley. The villa has 247 m2 built area on a plot of 830 m2. The villa consists of two independent floors and is equipped with very good internet via wifi, air conditioning (cooling and heating) in all rooms and bedrooms, central heating upstairs, soft water thanks to the water softener, double glazing, awnings, windows with shutters and mosquito nets and all bedrooms have spacious fitted wardrobes. There is ample parking (including a carport) on site. Plus an extra bicycle shed of 4.21 m2.

The villa has a spectacular garden with large heated private pool with outdoor shower and a large terrace of 100 m2 with BBQ. There is a dining area under a pergola, where you can enjoy a delicious meal or a drink.

Due to the separate floors, it is ideal for large families, parents and children with their families or for two families of friends.

Outside the high season it is also possible to rent only the villa above (maximum 6 persons) or villa below (maximum 4 persons) at a lower rental price.

The living room has a spectacular view over the Jalon valley (in addition to the places Lliber, Jalon, Alcalali and Parcent, you see the Bernia and the Col de Rates), air conditioning, two folding doors to the spacious terrace 30 m2 on the west for the evening sun, a spacious sitting and dining area, TV with all Dutch channels and a Tosca fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped, such as a dishwasher, oven, extractor fan, 4-burner stove and a door to the covered terrace for the morning sun, where you have a great view over the Jalon valley with its grapes, nuts and olive trees.

Downstairs is an independent apartment with lounge with air conditioning, TV with all Dutch channels, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, 4-burner stove with oven and a breakfast bar. There are two spacious 2-person bedrooms with air conditioning, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, and a shared bathroom.
