Casa Mar Corinto

The house is in a unique location in a small community of detached houses close to the center of Moraira (just under 1.5 km)! It is a detached house with a spacious garden. Through the front door you enter a spacious new kitchen (installed in October 2022) that is equipped with all amenities (fridge/freezer, combination oven/microwave, dishwasher). From the kitchen you enter the living/dining room. Here is a four-person dining table, sofa, gas fireplace, television. There are also two bedrooms and a bathroom. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. You walk onto the terrace through the back door. Here is a dining table. From the terrace you can enter the garden via a staircase. There is also a dining table in the garden. Here you can find both shade and sun.
There is a private covered parking space for the car.

There are two communal swimming pools in the community. A large pool for adults and a small children's pool. From the swimming pool you have a beautiful view of the surroundings. There is also a tennis court.

You can walk a shortened route towards the center via a walking gate (1.5 km). There are a number of facilities about 300 meters away: a German bakery, pizzeria, local Spanish restaurant and a takeaway restaurant!

An extra (folding) bed is available on request.

The house is smoke and pet free.
