This detached house has three bedrooms, three of which are 2-person rooms. One of the bedrooms has its own entrance on the side of the house, providing extra privacy – perfect for friends or family who want to be a little more on their own. There are a total of three modern bathrooms, so that everyone has enough comfort and space. Next to the living room spacious room with TV corner and a 1-person room.
Inside you will find a bright and attractive living room and open kitchen, both with stunning sea views. The kitchen is fully equipped for those who like to cook for themselves, but of course the village with its many restaurants is also nearby.
The holiday home is air-conditioned, which ensures a pleasant indoor climate, even during the hot summer days.
Outside you can enjoy a private garden with plenty of privacy. Take a refreshing dip in the private pool, relax on one of the sunbeds, or gather in the comfortable lounge set. Under the attractive canopy is a large dining table, perfect for long summer evenings with a good glass of wine and good food.
The location is ideal: just a 20-minute walk from the beach and the lively center of Moraira with its shops, restaurants and terraces. For daily shopping, a supermarket and bakery are only a 5-minute walk away.
