This very spacious complex is very conveniently located 200 meters from Denia's beautiful sandy beaches and only 1.5 km from the center of the town. Opposite the complex are at least 5 restaurants, one of which already has breakfast on the menu. There are 2 large swimming pools with separate children's pools, separate changing cubicles and outdoor showers and a beautifully landscaped communal garden, which all apartments overlook. The ground floor apartments have an enclosed garden. In addition, the complex has its own tennis court. Each apartment has its own parking space. The complex is fully enclosed with remote controlled gates. In total we rent out 4 apartments in this complex: 2x 2 bedrooms. ground floor, 1x 2 bedr. penthouse and 1x 3 bedr. ground floor. Very popular for family holidays and wintering.

We are a small family business and are engaged in the sale and rental of villas and apartments in Denia and the surrounding area. We started this in 2002, a few years after we came to live here with the then small children. After studies and wanderings, Spanish life changed to such a degree that the whole family lives in Spain again and runs the business together. We speak Dutch, Spanish, English and German.

Explanation of prices

Prices per week, changeover day high season Saturday. Additional costs include final cleaning/laundry and deposit after the rental period and inspection of the apt. will be refunded.

For wintering (November - March) a weekly amount of € 340 applies, including gas, water and electricity. Final cleaning separately. Minimum stay 6 weeks. This amount is based on a stay with 2 people.

Cancellation policy:
The tenant can cancel the rental agreement in writing up to 30 days before the start of the rental period. In the event of cancellation by the tenant , the deposit remains in the possession of the landlord . If the cancellation is made within the period of 30 days preceding the rental period, the tenant will owe the full rental amount to the landlord. We always recommend that our tenants take out cancellation insurance that will reimburse any costs if the tenant decides to break the agreement.

In Dénia, the best seafood and the Valencian fruit and vegetable products come together, resulting in the rich variety and deliciousness of the Mediterranean diet. We highlight the famous red shrimp of Dénia, or the exceptional "arròs a banda" (seafood paella), among other culinary specialties that combine tradition and quality, such as the "espencat" (grilled vegetables: pepper, tomato, eggplant, onion) , "la llandeta" (seafood stew), the "suquet de peix" (seafood/fish stew), sea urchins, dried octopus, etc. These dishes can be tasted in more than 300 restaurants in the city, serving the most varied recipes. of local, national and international cuisine. Dénia is undoubtedly a real gastronomic environment in which the latest trends of gastronomic chefs are strongly represented.
The castle of Denia is the most important monument of the city and today is a very important cultural and historical center. It houses the Archaeological Museum and is also the point where the oldest and most ancient Muslim-style streets begin that we will find throughout the city. In the museum we find the evolution of the city from its inception to becoming a Creative City of Gastronomy by UNESCO. The castle, together with the Natural Park of the Montgó massif and the marina, is one of the most interesting elements of this town on the Costa Blanca.
For many tourists, the beaches of Dénia are the main reason to visit the town. The coastline is about 15 km long and is divided into two strips: Las Rotas with its calm, rocky coves, and Las Marinas with long, comfortable sandy beaches. Both parts are full of opportunities to have fun: you can go snorkelling and discover the fantastic seabed of Las Rotas, or practice water sports in Las Marinas (windsurfing, kitesurfing, paddleboarding and kayaking).
Dénia is an excellent place for those who love shopping. In the vicinity of Calle Marques de Campo and Baix la Mar you will find many craft shops and small boutiques for clothes, accessories and souvenirs. For local products, head to the Mercado Municipal in Calle Magallenes (not far from the castle), a market hall open from Monday to Saturday. Every Monday to Friday, not far from the Mercado Municipal, an open-air market is organized where you can buy fresh local products (especially fruits and vegetables). Let yourself be surprised by the local scents and colors of the wide range.
