Welcome to Casa Lola, a beautiful Spanish style holiday villa for 8 people and close to the enchanting town of Moraira on the Costa Blanca. Prepare for the ultimate holiday experience, where relaxation meets luxury and breathtaking views await you.

As you drive through the gate and into the driveway, you will be captivated by the breathtaking vistas of the lush valley and majestic mountains, setting the scene for an unforgettable holiday.

The main home is located upstairs and features a spacious open plan living and dining area, ideal for gatherings with loved ones. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with amenities such as a fridge, freezer, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, kettle and coffee maker, ensures effortless meal preparation during your stay. Next to the living room is a spacious covered terrace with beautiful views of the valley, ideal for enjoying beautiful sunsets.

On the top floor you will also find two inviting bedrooms, each fitted with a double bed and air-conditioned for your comfort. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with sink, shower and toilet, while a separate bathroom offers extra convenience with a shower, sink and toilet.

Discover a separate apartment downstairs, complete with its own living room with sofa, TV and dining area. There is also a modern, fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals. Two more cozy bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed and air conditioning, offer plenty of space for relaxation. A well-appointed bathroom with shower, sink and toilet adds to the comfort of this lower level.

Outside, you can immerse yourself in the beauty of the Mediterranean garden or take a refreshing dip in the private pool, which can be heated on request (see conditions below). Relax and enjoy the sun on the lounge beds and enjoy dinner in the outdoor area with a BBQ grill.

Keep in mind that:
1: Smoking and pets are not allowed.
2: Your stay includes 400 kWh of electricity per week. Additional consumption amounts to € 0.35 per kWh.
3: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 8 people; exceeding this number is not permitted.
4: The house is located in a residential area. Parties and noise after 10pm are strictly prohibited at all times.
5: The pool can be heated on request from April 1 to November 1. The costs are €20 per day and start from the day we switch on the pump.
