The house has an automatic gate that provides access to a generous courtyard with plenty of parking. On this level you also have access to the apartment which consists of a bathroom (shower, toilet and bathroom furniture with sink) a spacious bedroom with a double box-spring bed and a spacious living room with a kitchenette with refrigerator, oven, coffee machine and baking rack.
In the living room there is a sofa bed where 2 children or small adults can sleep.
Through the courtyard you can also take the stairs to the upper floor where the terrace and swimming pool are located as well as access to the house. This area is equipped with a modern spacious kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer and American fridge and induction hob.
The living room is spacious and offers views over the sea. There is a 6-person dining area and there is a sitting area by the TV. There are also two bedrooms , both equipped with good mattresses and spacious closets. Between the bedrooms is a bathroom with toilet, bath (with shower) and a sink with casing.
All bedrooms have air conditioning.
The pool is generous and the terrace and pool are facing south.
The terrace is partly covered so that there is plenty of shade.
The house and terrace offer a lot of privacy and the house is quietly located.
