The house has an electric gate that opens onto a spacious courtyard with plenty of parking. At this level you also have access to the apartment which consists of a bathroom (shower, toilet and bathroom cabinet with sink), a spacious bedroom with a double box-spring bed and a spacious living room with a kitchenette with fridge, oven, coffee machine and cooking grid.
The living room has a sofa bed where possibly two children or small adults can sleep easily.
Through the courtyard you can use the stairs to the upper floor where the terrace and pool and access to the house. This section includes a spacious modern kitchen with oven, freezer and fridge, induction hob.
The living room is spacious and overlooks the sea. There is a 6 person dining area and a seating area with TV. Tevense there are two bedrooms which both have good mattresses. Between the bedrooms is a bathroom with toilet, bath (with shower) and a sink with cabinet.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
The pool is spacious and the terrace and pool are facing south.
The terrace is partly covered so there is plenty of shade.
The house and terrace offer a lot of privacy and it is peacefully situated.
