The Ibician style villa offers 3 cozy bedrooms for 6 people, each with its ensuite bathroom. These are finished with high-quality materials and offer a mix of elegance and comfort. The villa offers a breathtaking panorama of the beautiful valley. The Mediterranean garden and the private 4x10 swimming pool invite you to enjoy relaxing days under a steel blue sky. Due to the southern orientation you can enjoy a whole day of sunshine, until late in the evening it disappears in a beautiful sunset behind the peaks of the Sierra Bernia. You enter the domain (1,000m2) through a remote-controlled sliding gate. At the back of the house there is private parking for 2 cars. Through the authentic front door, you step into a tasteful entrance hall and are welcomed into an open-plan living and dining area that exudes warmth and creates an inviting atmosphere for communal meals. There is a large smart TV with all Flemish, Dutch and international channels and fast fiber optic internet. The fully equipped kitchen with cooking island is ready for all your culinary indulgences. Complete with 4-burner induction hob, Bora extractor system, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso and coffee machine, toaster, kettle etc ... A separate storage room with washing machine, dryer and storage racks is more than handy !  From the kitchen you have access to a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy your first coffee and the budding day ! On the ground floor there is one spacious bedroom of 25m2 with comfort mattress of 180cm. On the first floor there are two bedrooms of (25m2 & 18m2) with comfort mattresses of 180cm and 160cm. All three have ensuite bathrooms with spacious walk-in showers, sinks and toilet. All rooms have gable-high sliding windows that disappear into the wall when opened. On the first floor, the rooms have their own terrace and you can step from your bed onto a beautiful balcony of 22m2. From here you have a view of the vast valley, and you can look from the Peñon of Calpe to the rock of Benidorm.In all rooms, kitchen and living room are air-conditioned, so that you can enjoy a comfortable holiday on the hottest days.  A separate guest toilet in the spacious hall provides extra comfort during your stay. Outside you have access to a beautiful swimming pool 4x10m with outdoor shower, sun loungers and a lounge aperitif corner.
