Very nice and luxurious villa for 10 people in the good neighborhood el Portet.
Since 2023, this beautiful villa is completely energy neutral by solar panels and heat pump.

This spacious villa in Moraira is south facing.
The location is very quiet and you have a lot of privacy.
There are five luxurious bedrooms with large box-spring beds, four bathrooms, one with a bath, two living rooms and a spacious roof terrace with a beautiful view of the sea. All rooms are air-conditioned.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped and contains a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, gas hob, combi fridge, not to mention a Nespresso / filter coffee machine.
The living rooms have comfortable furniture, smart TV and internet throughout the house.

In the garden is a lovely large swimming pool with enough surrounding space to relax and enjoy the sun.
If you want to look for shade, this is possible under the sun cloth, awning and parasols.
It is possible to park two large cars on site.
The entire area is closed and the swimming pool can be closed off with a fence.
So you don't have to worry about the safety of your children.

The beautiful sandy beach of El Portet is only a 2 minute drive away.
The picturesque and cozy center is only a 4-minute drive away.

Popular points of interest near Moraira include Playa Platgetes, Playa de
l'Ampolla and the beach Cala Baladrar.
Moraira market and child fair.
Jalon Valley wonderful to discover this hinterland by bicycle, motorcycle, car etc.
The Algar waterfalls are great for swimming and admiring.

The nearest airport is Alicante or Seville, +/- 100 km.

We are a large family with five children. That is why we were looking for a place that is easily accessible, offers entertainment and yet also safety and tranquility. The environment of Moraira surprised us.
At the moment we have a busy life in the Netherlands. It is wonderful to have a holiday here. In a few years we want to be able to stay in Moraira for a longer period of time. Until then, we hope you enjoy our house and the surrounding area as much as we do.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The tenant's payment obligations consist of;

The rental price
The cleaning costs
The deposit
The rental price includes the use of WIFI and water. The rental price does not include the use of cleaning costs, energy costs, bed linen and towels.

When booking the rented property, the tenant must pay a deposit of € 1000.00.
The deposit will be refunded by the landlord to the tenant no later than fourteen days after the end of the rental period, provided that the tenant has delivered the leased property to the landlord in good condition and the tenant no longer owes anything to the landlord. If this is not the case, the landlord is entitled to set off what he owes the tenant against the deposit.

Please note that the deposit is relatively high at € 1000 because the additional costs are stretched.
The costs for bed linen, energy costs and final cleaning will be deducted from the refund of your deposit.

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this to the renter by e-mail. The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
