In the heart of Moraira and a short walk from the beach. Leave the car at home! This apartment is located in the beautiful center of Moraira, a unique location. You will find everything within a very short walking distance. The fine sandy beach of Moraira is about 500 meters away, the supermarket is already 100 meters away and the best restaurants by the sea and in the center are within easy reach of the apartment.

Apartment Casita Moraira is located on the third floor of an authentic apartment building with 4 floors, accessible by stairs or elevator. The living room has a sitting area, television with streaming options, and sliding doors to the south-facing balcony with seating and awning. The open kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer drawers, induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster and washing machine.
Bathroom 1 has a walk-in shower, sink, toilet and hairdryer. Bedroom 1 has two single beds (90x200) and a built-in wardrobe. Bedroom 2 and 3 each have a single bed (90x200cm) and built-in wardrobe. Bathroom 2 has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. There is a compact ironing board with iron . The windows in the living room and bedrooms can be closed with shutters. The apartment has air conditioning (hot/cold) and wifi. Parking is available nearby.
The outdoors of Apartment Casita Moraira
Despite the great attraction of the village, it is also wonderful to be on the balcony. The balcony is equipped with two chairs, a table and an awning that can be set to different positions. You have an unobstructed view here, a nice place to start the morning with a cup of coffee. From the apartment you walk directly into the old town of Moraira. Here is the pleasant shopping street and a little further on a large square where the market is held every Friday morning.
Distances
You can park your car for free on the market square, a 2-minute walk from the apartment. But you can also choose to travel by bus, for example from Beniconnect, or by private transfer from the airport. Alicante Airport: 91km, Valencia Airport: 128km. Padel courts at 200 meters. Nice walks from the village are to the beautiful bay of El Portet (1.5km) or, in the other direction, via Bar la Cabana (1.5km) in the direction of La Fustera (6km) via the ecopath. Plenty of opportunities to have a drink in a beach bar or take a dip in the sea in between.

- In July and August we have a minimum stay of 5 nights, with an arrival and departure on any day of the week.

WINTER RENTAL
Apartment Casita Moraira is suitable for a stay in winter. Winter rental is valid from November 1 to March 31. The apartment is heated by the air conditioning in the living room and the air conditioning in the bedroom. 100 kWh per week is included. In the period from November to March, the rent is on request per 4 weeks. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, with an interim cleaning and change of bed linen and towels mandatory. The winter rates do not include interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, heating costs, reservation costs, calamity fund and SGR guarantee. A stay of equal to or less than 10 nights is considered a tourist rental. A stay of equal to or more than 11 nights is considered a short-term rental according to the law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana and for which you sign a short-term rental contract before arrival.
