GENERAL
Casa dels Tossals is a beautiful villa/family home with a large private swimming pool (10 x 5m). It has breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea and the green valley of Moraira from the garden room and terrace and a beautiful, unobstructed garden.
The villa is fully furnished, fully equipped and has everything to enjoy a wonderful holiday on the Costa Blanca. Casa Dels Tossals has a large outdoor area and is surrounded by greenery on all sides. Everywhere you can find a nice spot in the sun or in the shade. This villa is highly recommended if you want to completely escape from all the daily worries and hustle and bustle, but still want to have nice beaches and facilities a short distance away.
LAYOUT CASA DELS TOSSALS
Through the main entrance of the house you enter the open kitchen, which is equipped with an electric stove, coffee maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. If you walk further, you enter the cozy living room with sitting area, china cabinet, gas fireplace, television with Dutch and international channels, DVD player and sound system. From the living room there is access to three double bedrooms and two modern, comfortable bathrooms with shower and toilet. Of course, all bedrooms have air conditioning. Through the sliding doors in the living room you enter the spacious veranda / garden room with large dining table and lounge set. From the porch a staircase leads up to the lower terrace with a huge olive tree and to the guest apartment, with bedroom four. This bedroom has two single beds, an en-suite bathroom and of course air conditioning. The total area of the house is 120 m2. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets.
OUTDOOR SPACE AT CASA DELS TOSSALS
The garden has several layers, On the lower terrace there is a large dining table. There are three BBQs here for cooking: a gas BBQ, a traditional Spanish wood BBQ with chimney and a charcoal BBQ.
A terrace below is the swimming pool with large terrace with sun loungers and outdoor shower. On the bottom floor is a covered terrace, where you can sit in the shade during the hot summer months. You can park your car in the street next to the house or on the road.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Particularities
We do not have a fixed arrival and/or departure day. In the other months, arrival and departure are allowed on any day of the week, but your booking must be in line with previous/subsequent bookings and otherwise there must be a minimum of 7 nights between bookings. Ask us about the possibilities.
Practical matters
There is a Nespresso coffee machine and a dishwasher. We always leave some Nespresso cups and dishwasher tablets.

– Electricity: 150 kWh per week is included. For longer rentals, we charge energy.
– Gas: not in the winter period, then we charge gas and electricity.

Deposit
A security deposit for Casa dels Tossals is applied of € 300,-.
This deposit must be paid when booking and we will refund it within a week after departure (if no damage has been found).
WINTER RENTAL
In this house winter rental is possible from November to March. The pool is not heated, but often it is also 20+ degrees in winter, so a lovely house even in winter.
