Casa Beniluz is an attractive holiday home with phenomenal views of the sea and the cozy fishing village of Moraira. It is completely sunbathed in winter and summer and offers an oasis of peace. The villa has a cozy living room with fireplace. The modern kitchen with cooking island is equipped with a very complete kitchen equipment. Both the kitchen and the living room have air conditioning (hot and cold). In the separate laundry room there is a washing machine, dryer and ironing board with iron.
This four-bedroom house can accommodate 9 people. Attached to the master bedroom is a dressing room and an ensuite bathroom with double sink, bath, walk-in shower and toilet. The second bedroom has built-in closet space and an ensuite bathroom with sink and walk-in shower. The third and fourth bedrooms are located one level lower and share a bathroom with double sink, walk-in shower and toilet. All bedrooms have shutters and air conditioning (hot and cold) to ensure a good night's sleep.
Outside there is a spacious private swimming pool with outdoor shower and mood lighting. You can dream away on the cozy sun loungers in the sun or under one of the umbrellas. At the front of the terrace is a breakfast table where you can enjoy a nice breakfast with a view of the sea under the first rays of the sun. Next to the swimming pool you can take a seat in the cozy sitting area or all sit down at the large table for a nice barbecue. On one of the terraces around the house you can isolate yourself for a while or enjoy a snack and a tap with your company.
